She specializes in precision cuts, lived-in color, and curly hair, with a focus on long-term hair health and effortless wearability. Trained in New York City, she now serves as a Master Educator with Rëzo Academy, where she teaches curl-focused techniques and continues to refine her craft.
As the founder of Jane, Joyce created a space rooted in intention, care, and thoughtful, elevated beauty — a reflection of the way she approaches both her work and her clients.
More than anything, she is committed to creating an experience where every client feels seen, cared for, and confident long after they leave the chair.
Frank Montanez
Project ManagerFrank grew up in the business industry, working behind the scenes alongside his mother and learning early on what it takes to keep a space running seamlessly. From day-to-day operations to the details most people never see, he’s always been the one behind the curtain.
As an adult, Frank went on to build his career in management with several large retail companies, refining his expertise in systems, organization, and client experience. Now, he brings that knowledge back to where it all began.
